This one was just okay...A 3.5, I guess.
I guess princes just lost their appeal on me because of how rugged the first two heroes appeared to be.
Princes can be true assholes, you know? In this novel, Prince Tor was such an ass to the nice Cora that I wanted to slam his head onto the pavement. Gods, how cold hearted can a guy be. I know that the medieval Cora was a bitch, but still... the modern Cora didn't deserve being treated like that. She was very nice and very understanding of his world. And how did he repay her? Uuuuggghhhh He lost most of his charm to me when Cora overheard them talking. Even when Cora forgave him and all that, I can't seem to shake off the bad taste that it left.
Anyway, it still held lots of things that I want from a KA book. It just didn't work out as well as I wanted it.
