Attack on Titan, Volume 1 - Hajime Isayama I'm a huge fan of the anime version, SHINGEKI NO KYOJIN, so it's just natural for me to be interested in the manga version. However, it took me months to decide whether to read the manga or just to wait and then watch the anime version. I got impatient after sometime, so although I prefer moving characters when it comes to shounen, I took the chance to read this and yeah, I have no regrets.

Of course, the manga is more detailed, although less dramatic without the sounds. The drawings were surprisingly good, although not yet the best for this volume. The story's sooo damn good that you forget they're not moving. It is still full of action, bits of humor here and there and just fierce love for people in general. I think it helped that I know what they looked like with color and how they sound like so my imagination didn't work so hard for it. I love it and I will keep on reading this. Hopefully, it just gets better. :)
