Mysterious and disturbing.A review copy was provided by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
This book tackles a topic that is taboo in so many ways. It manages to incorporate it to the mystery that is the farm. The book shows many accounts of people who know that family in that farm. It's like reading the interviews of people about what happened that day and what they know about the family. A family was murdered and nobody knows what happened. It's intriguing, and it's also very interesting. I wanted to know what happened straight away. I could say that near the end of the book, I already have an inkling of what happened and I was genuinely shocked. This book built to a very disturbing ending.
All in all, this was an interesting, yet short read. It's written pretty well and it deserves praises.
